Have been used to getting download speed of 34Mb/Sec.
Checked today using BT Wholesale Performance Test & it was 18.24.
Checked again using Ookle & it was 16.5
Any ideas as to cause?
Any ideas for action?
Please post your full Router Stats. For a Home Hub see on here: Broadband Top Tips . Full router stats are key to any speed & connection issues.
What does BT Broadband Availability Checker estimate for your phone number? Post just the whole table and the line above it, blanking out your phone number. If it doesn't recognise your phone number, use the Address Checker, not the Postcode Checker.

Is this what you want?
From the Router, which is a HUB 6:-
Date Rate 7.32/38.28
Noise 6db/2.9db
Line Atenuation 21.2db
Can't work out how to produce page print to post all of the HUB 6 stats, are these figures enough?
1. Best Effort Test:
Download Speed : 19.82 Mbps
2. Upstream Test:
Upload Speed : 6.17 Mbps
When I did the test it did not produce the usual bar graph
Hope this helps you to help me

Just done this, zero noise.
Checked speed again this morning, 19.96 using BT Wholesale as against previous results in the mid 30's
So what has changed?
Go back to BTWholesale and repeat the test, this time once the first test completes scroll down and click on Further Diagnistics and run that test (not Tap3) post back a screenshot of the results.
If you have problems getting screenshots then use THIS free software which makes it simple.
To uplaod the image click on the picture icon, select from my computer tab.
Once uploaded click on insert image then post.
Did as suggested but still having problems inserting the bar graph, will try again later
More problems
System responded saying it was doing a TAP 3 test, whilst I just asked for further diagnostics.
Then I got this message:-
"Test Error:- Browser Session timed out"
Can't reproduce it, I use Open Office, .odt files & also .pdf.
This site says they are both wrong file types
But message said I had been logged out
So how do I get the bar graph to youall?
However the speed test D/Load was 20.84, which is still low, so what do I do?
What exactly is the problem you are having posting the image?
Once you've clicked on the image icon this is the next screen you will see. Make sure the From My Computer tab is selected then click on browse.
Using Windows you then get this screen to select the image.
Locate and select your screenshot (for ease I save to the desktop so it's easy to find).
Once you select your screenshot this is the next screen to appear which shows your image at the bottom, click insert image and you're done.
OK, I've changed the file format so let's hope this works!
Just taken these results
