Infinity 1 download speed slower than before upgrade

I upgraded to infinity 1 last week and found that d/load speeds are no better than before.

My d/load speed before infinity was around 8+mb

here are test checks

Doesn't look like you are on Infinity 1 to me. Your Up IP profile should be showm as 10Mbps not 2Mbps.

 

Use this speed tester then carry out the further diagnostics and post back a screen shot of all the results including your IP profile for up and down.

No it was HH4 but now using HH5.

What line stats does it report in Troubleshooting, Helpdesk?

It certainly appears to me that you are on ADSL and not Infinity. Was it a self install or did an engineer connect it up for you. When was your go live date?

Ouch.
Yeah, that's the stats.
Ok, good news is you're on Infinity.
Bad news is you have extremely high attenuation which bears no relation to the estimate from the DSL checker.
