good question indeed, id be going mental and straight on the phone to the company for the money to get it fixed, its plain to see is that phoneline i mean cmon its black and its daytime. these guys need to go to specsavers.
What a joke customer support are - I specifically explained in detail that my IP profile has suddenly dropped from 80/20 to 37/20

They didn't even read my email, they just ran a speedtest, saw my download speeds were matching my IP profile and decided to copy/paste a load of nonsense from their n00b sheet
If they'd read any word of my message, they would have seen that 80/20 to 37/20 is NOT in an acceptable range for BT infinty 2.0

Looks like I need the line resetting again, the Engineer came and fixed the line today, but the exchange has not updated my IP Profile back to 80/20, still stuck on half speeds
Ive rebooted modem/router, Engineer said it could take a few hours to update/settle, it's been 12 hours
