obviously it was self install so did you try replacing the filter? can you try test socket to see if that helps
I tried the test socket with the current [old] filter and no change 
And the new filter in the test socket is 53, so a tiny bit worse! I didnt bother to plug the screw-plate on the for the new filter 🙂
89ms ping too which is rather high [newer filter, test socket]
edit: now the old socket, with the plate back on is now 53, i think i must of upset it
as your connection speed is lower than estimate then I would get an engineer vist especially as you have tried test socket with no improvement
I called up BT and they did their tests on their end [basically did the test port tests] inconclusive. Do you realistically think it could be a fault for an engineer visit, or just because it's a new service. I read somewhere that it could take 10 days for a new thing to acheive the full speed?
from your stats you are not going to reach the estimated speed from the dslchecker so either there is a problem which needs an engineer visit to fix so you can get estimated speeds or checker is wrong and over estimating giving cause for mis-sold
As I am not achieving my full speed as advertised, and have done the socket tests. I won't be charged for an engineer call out (£129!) will I?
So it could be a matter of just waiting, why would it be capped [sorry, am a newbie at network stuff!]
Also on my BT Fault tracker there is an open fault with my broadboard; is this a thing? Or is this simply an opened case which the chap on the phone probably created yesterday?
