Infinity 2 and HH3 woes

I'm using BT Infinity 2 with a HH3.  At the moment the wireless signal on this HH3 is shocking, can't get anything higher than 70% even in the same room.  I've tried placing in different locations and changing wireless channels but to no avail.

The connection speed seems really slow.

We were unable to identify any performance problem with your service at this time.
It is possible that any problem you are currently, or had previously experienced may have been caused by traffic congestion on the Internet or by the server you were accessing responding slowly.
If you continue to encounter a problem with a specific server, please contact the administrator of that server in the first instance.

Also, I am unable to open port 3074, even BT are unable to do it.  Rendering Xbox Live haphazzard at best.

Does anyone know what I can do?  If anything I'd like to go back to standard BT Infinity as that seemed far more stable.

Re: Infinity 2 and HH3 woes

I would have thought that you were using the same HH3 as you were on normal Infinity connection, so nothing would have changed.

Wireless in general is not very reliable and there are better solutions, see

Network connection problems and possible solutions

Port forwarding is possible with the HH3, see the link at the bottom of this page Port forwarding problems
