Have you upgraded to infinity 2? What are your predicted speeds?

Because you are too far from the street box to get full speed. The further you are from the street box, the slower your broadband gets. You may see an increase if the estimate was off.

Re: Infinity 2 and still at 38 Meg

This is why i dont see how i can only get 38 as my Street box is under 100m away.

You should be able to get more. There is something wrong with your line as its still configured for infinity 1 and the mods are trying to sort it out.

I have explained the situation to you in the email I sent a few days ago - if you have any questions or are still unsure about what I mean please reply to it. You aren't on BT Infinity 2; you're on BT Infinity (1), Option 2. Your line profile/stats/usage/etc. is 100% correct.

Re: Infinity 2 and still at 38 Meg

Hi topham

Just one thing, if you go onto the BT.COM website and go to the "Broadband Speedchecker" what does it estimate your speeds to be? Irrespective of what you are on at the moment, it should still show what BT are estimating what your line possibly is capable of.
