At the begining of November last year my download speed dropped from 74 Mbs to below 60 Mbs.
Since then I've had 3 engineers visits and a replacement master socket and extension socket and a replacement hub all with no improvement.
Contacted BT and complained told I should get minimum 67Mbs download but engineers can find no problem with the line but the best speed I am likely to get is 66Mbs.
Now getting another engineer visit on tuesday from a "Boost Engineer", be surprised if he says anything different.
I just want the speed I'm paying for, any one got any suggestions where I go from here?
These are my most recent stats.
Connection time is only 2 days I'd that due to engineer visits or router dropping connection or manual reset
the speeds quoted by BT are connection speeds not download speeds and from your stats and dslchecker you are right at the handback speed of 67mb
see if boost engineer can find another few mbs in connection speed
connection time due to last engineers visit.
If there is no fault on the line as BT claim then why can't or won't they tell me why the speed dropped and why they can no longer supply the speed I was getting
just run a speedtest on BT Wholesale and got this, and they still think there is no problem
First with Vivaldi next with google chrome
if only that download speed was correct
"Boost engineer "turned up today could find nothing wrong but now my connection speed is even slower than before.Dropped another 4Mbs. At this rate I soon won't have a conection speed problem.
To add insult to injury I've just done another speed test and this is what I got
can you post new router stats after engineer visit please for comparison
