Infinity 2 severe packet loss and slow downloads

Hi,

I've had severe packetloss for the last week or so. Can't stream, can't play online games, and simple browsing is a pain as many pages fail to load without many refreshes. Seems to be worse at peak times so I assume it's congestion based - however it is still not useable for streaming/gaming even at the lowest congestion times (5AM).

I called the helpline number who said there was no problem with the line, and they sent out a new HH3. I haven't managed to get hold of that yet due to work. However I had a spare Linksys WRT1900AC. I also had access to a spare modem, so both of those and the cabling have been replaced. Problem is just the same.

All computer connections are wired ethernet. Would appreciate any help.

I set up a pingtest with thinkbroadband - most recent 24hours on the graph below. The solid red patches are where the connection dropped out entirely and reconnected with a different IP whilst my computer was not on, so couldn't auto-update the dynamic dns.

Next 2 images are the BTWholesale speedtest and further diagnostics from this evening.  2 weeks ago the connection was very stable at ~75 down and ~18-19 up, and has been for years.
