FWIW, I ran the BTW speed test and diagnostic this morning. D/L speed is 37.67Mbps (profile 38.72Mbps) and U/L speed is 6.42 Mbps (profile 10 Mbps). This is almost exactly what is has been since I originally signed up to Infinity 1 nearly 2 years ago. (apart from the very occasional glitch).
It's not so much that I am unhappy with the speeds I am getting, but that the upgrade for Infinity 2 seems not to have been done, even though it is recorded as being complete on BT's computer systems and on the order tracking page.

Andrew, I know that the mods are currently very busy so it might take a bit of extra time to get back to you. It might be worth contacting them again quoting the reference number that you got when you first contacted them and asking how things are going in resolving this issue.
