Infinity Speed Dropping gradually.

Go to solution

Hi,

I have had BT Infinity now for about a year and thus far have been happy enough. Initial speeds were about 50mb(ish) download and 6mb(ish) upload. Over time my speeds have gradually dropped to what I think is unaceptable speeds.

The last few nights it has been between 10-12mb down and less than 0.5mb upload. I tested it today and it is 26mb up and .3mb down.

Can anything be done to speed up the service again?

Thanks in advance.

Hi ggbrown73,

As imjolly has mentioned was this test run via wireless or cable? If it was wireless can you try again via cable connection?

Cheers

David

Thanks,

unplugged the hh5 and left it for a few minutes. Now getting 38.6d and 5.81u. Happy enough with that.

Cheers.
