Infinity Upload Crashed - 2 days after install

Hi,

I'm new here, having moved from a horrible experience with Virgin Media for the last 2 months. I was very happy until this morning.

Steady 68 down 18 up until this morning.

All of a sudden I stuggle to get over 5 mb/s upload, download is still 68 mb/s.

Can anyone provide some help? I tried the online chat, but they were not very helpful.

Re: Infinity Upload Crashed - 2 days after install

Thanks for you reply.

Interestingly, everything seems better now, but it seems that the DSL has been reset this morning.

Could this be an issue, as installation was last Thursday and  I am still in my DLM period.

So, in short, all is good now, but will I pay later?
