Infinity below 2mb down

Hi guys... Went onto infinity last year and aprt from a few hiccups I have been getting a stable 24mb down.

Since about 5pm yesterday it has dropped below 10mb and keeps dropping. currently I am below 2 mb and the film I was enjoying streaming has died a death.

I have run the whole sale test and that got 2.2, then when I logged in under the bt requested user name I actually recorded 0 down and 5 up.

Whats going on?

Re: Infinity below 2mb down

Wired or wireless?

Are you using a home hub 5? If so could you log into the hub via 192.168.1.254 and post the line stats (connection speed, snr, attenuation etc).

Re: Infinity below 2mb down

Can you run this checker and post back a screen shot of the results. Make sure you delete your phone number before posting.

http://www.dslchecker.bt.com/adsl/adslchecker.welcome

Can you use this speed tester then carry out the further diagnostics and post back a screen shot of all the results including your IP profile for up and down. This test must be done with a wired connection.

http://speedtest.btwholesale.com/
if you have a Homehub 5 can you also post the stats from 1-12 by logging onto the homehub management pages then troubleshooting > helpdesk. http://bthomehub.home/
