Re: Infinity below 2mb down

This is not what I'd normally advise, but could you turn your router off for maybe 10-15 minutes and reboot it and run a new speedtest?

Re: Infinity below 2mb down

Talking to woman at bt.

So far she's got me to reboot router
Wholesale test
Wants me to unscrew box

My son who is on infinity in the same village and same box is getting 2.5 but there's no issues at the exchange according to the woman?

Re: Infinity below 2mb down

Ok so messing about with the woman she got me to run tests and things.

I understand they follow a set of steps to follow but it's annoying.

On the bt wholesale webpage when she got me to run a test it went up to 24... Second time it dropped to 2.

She had said it will fluctuate for 24 hours and to monitor it as everything is fine there end... Lol, I beg to differ.

Personally I believe they run you through the steps and then just want rid of you.
