We have put together a short survey to capture your feedback in terms of what BT can do when you experience home Wi-Fi issues. We would appreciate it if you could take a couple of minutes to complete a short survey. Read more from here, Fix my home Wi-Fi
I came home yesterday to no broadband connection. Rebooted the Home Hub 3, Openreach VDSL modem, and my PCs several times and there is still no connection. My internal network works fine, the WiFi works fine, there's just no internet connection. Plugging a PC straight into the modem also results in no internet connection.
Called BT last night to speak to a clueless rep who could not resolve the issue. She kept insisting it was a Home Hub problem despite my insistence that bypassing the Home Hub didn't work at all. She also kept saying someone will call me today, despite me repeatedly explaining I will not be able to answer the phone at all today.
I'm leaving BT next week anyway (and this appalling customer service convinces me I've made the right decision) but I want this fixed ASAP. Are there any known issues with FTTC in the Guildford area?

Hmm, on my personal BT status page it says there are no issues. Yet in the general status page, it says there's a known issue in an area near me. The "affected area codes" includes mine.
The expected fix date is next Tuesday. Really, BT? 6 days without internet access?
