Hi there,
Just signed up to Infiniy 1, it's set to be active 23rd Jan.
I'm currently on standard BB, using a solwise ADSL faceplate on the master socket, we have no extension sockets.
Will I need to change the faceplate to a different one when I get fibre?
I've opted for self install.
I'm seeing conflicting info on whether I need to change it. BT's own help page (on http://bt.custhelp.com) seems to suggest I don't "...However, you don't need to worry about microfilters if your master socket has already had a broadband accelerator faceplate fitted."
I no longer have the original BT faceplate either.
Thanks for any help.

The Solwise ADSL faceplate will be just fine. Its only filtering the phone side of things anyway, the broadband simply passes straight through.
OK, that's good to know. Thanks Keith.
