Hi,
Ever since early this morning my infinity seems to be broken. I've checked, there's no background downloads, my PC is the only one connected, so let's get that out of the way first.
I normally get between 45 and 50mb approx. Since this morning, it's been bounding around between 2mb and at the 'best' time was up to 20mb, though that lasted about a minute, it's pretty much been a solid 2mb to 4mb speeds, which is pretty incredible! The ping has also jumped from zero, which is definitely not right, to up to 120mb. The upload speed has bounded between 3mb and 8mb.
Can someone help? This is absolutely throttling!
there is no throttling on your BT connection but looks like there are download problems
did you check for problems in your area

can you post stats from your router unless you use a separate modem
Hi,
I don't see my exchange on any of the 'problem' ones. The phone number checker says everything okay and green across the board. How do I post stats from my router?
Thanks

Hi, I'm a bit confused, what does posting an image have to do with router stats??
many find it essier to creat an image of the stats and then upload and then post on thread straightforward copy/paste often does not work or formatting is all over the place
Is this what you meant? I've seen the speed go up to 38mb, however the connection appears incredibly unstable. I've tried playing an online game and the ping spikes like crazy, as does my speed when I do it on a testing site like Ookla.
do you get the same result when you are using a wired connection instead of wireless?
Hi, I can't try it wired as I don't have an Ethernet cable, is the same on all PCs and laptops though.
