you need to try with an ethernet cable as BT will not accept download problems when using wireless as it is to susceptible to outside interference
Well, that sucks, guess I'll have to go out and buy a cable.
Is there no way of BT just checking my line with my phone number and seeing if there's a fault or a problem without me having to go and buy a cable?
It's now holding 'steady' at 12mb/s download and 4mb/s upload, with huge spikes still.
you have over 50mb connection speed suggesting the line is ok
