Infinity is how long it will take to sort out a fault!

Up  to 40 Meg? Don't be fooled.

I first raised the fault on 9 March 2012. It's been closed several times by BT "we think it's fixed", but I've had to reopen it. It's open right now.

Contacting anybody at BT is easy, getting them to sort out a fault is completely different!

When did you contact the mode Bullitt. If it's longer than 72 hours since you've sent it in I'd suggest resending it.

India just called. She thinks the engineers think it's fixed. She'll call me back tomorrow night to see if it is.

well if you have had a call from India that is not a contact from the mods as they are UK based as webby has said contact them again this is a link to them

they normally reply by email or phone directly to you within 3 working days

They are a UK based BT specialist team who have a good record at getting problems solved
