I understand, its just annoying that im paying for option 2 when im not recieving the speeds. I dont understand why they informed me they would stay the same???
You need to contact BT as soon as possible so that they can change you onto option 1 so that you are not paying more than you should be.

and you said in earlier posts you are getting 27MB Down, so that is your estimate and that is what you are receiving. I am on Option 2 as well but only get the 40/10 speeds, its because you probably asked for the unlimited Downloads option so its option 2. You are getting the 80/20 speeds by your wholesale checker by the 20MB Upload IP Profile but 27MB Down is the max your line will support.
maybe a daft question but, can I get a line that supports higher speeds? If so how?
