May – 2016 cabinet upgraded to infinity initial speed on connection 44Kbps which then settled to 36Kbps, Ultra HD4k sport channel ordered and working fine.
Mid November - speed drops to 24Kbps not enough bandwidth for Ultra 4k so channel no longer works.
Contacted BT who say they are providing the guaranteed speed therefore nothing more than they can do.
BT.com states you could get 30Mb - 40Mb, You currently get 30Mb - 40Mb (i don't), 27Mb Minimum speed guarantee.

I have also had recent issues with wifi connections to the Hub.
Can anyone here offer any suggestions or can a Mod help check the line / IP profile etc

If you have a Homehub 5 can you also post the stats from 1-12 by logging onto the homehub management pages then troubleshooting > helpdesk. http://bthomehub.home/
The stats for the Home Hub 6 can be found on the Information page from http://192.168.1.254 then Advanced Settings -> Technical Log.
Can you run this checker and post back a screen shot of the results. Make sure you delete your phone number before posting
Have you tried a quiet line test? 17070 option 2. Any noise report as a line fault don't mention broadband.
