Good evening, just a quick question.
A about a Month ago I had infinity installed and was getting a down load speed of around 35 Mbps, however, now I'm only getting 3 Mbps, Can anyone explain this? I have tried all the basic stuff like disconnecting the router etc. It just seems to be getting worse! Any advice would be appreciated.

Ok the test results were as follows
Down load speed, 24.01 mbps
Up load speed 8.1 mbps
Ping 29.5 ms
I was connected to web using cat 5 cable, huge difference from last night, I was seeing speeds as low as 3 mbps down load speed!
And ideas?
We need you to do the ADSL/FTTC speedtest given in the link above (and below) to get your IP profiles.
Are you now saying last night was a wireless connection when you only got 3Mbps?
Hi there, I couldn't conduct that test, basically I kept getting an error message! Not sure why? It would run for a while and then error message!
i'll try again at the weekend, should it just run when you press start?
