Firstly, I apologise for making another thread on this issue as there appears to be a few and I'm not alone. I wasn't sure what thread to post in so just made my own and perhaps it could be merged or whatever.
In the last week or so my infinity connection during 7-11.30pm has been running at around 2-5Mbps, a constant speed dip during this time every evening. It runs normal outwith these hours, I have already contacted BT, they claimed to have fixed it but they definitely haven't. I have raised the issue with them again.
From checking the recent threads it doesn't appear to just be limited to my connection or exchange. I was just wondering if anyone had any more information about this?

OK thank you for your response.
Just updating to say I've tested the connection again just now and it's running at 3-5Mbps. Last night after midnight it was normal and this afternoon as well. This has been happening for about a week or so between 7-12 every night. I don't remember having an issue like this before.
Is this something an engineer can come out and fix at the exchange? Or do I have just have to wait for BT to do something about it, the lack of information directly from them is a bit annoying. Thank you.
Hi @NeilO, thank you for the response. I will do that now. Normally when I run this test I get 24Mbps, which isn't a great speed I know but it is all my line is capbale of with infinity and it usually steady at around 22-24Mbps 24/7. In the last week when running the speed test at peak times, this is the speed I'm getting below.
posted about this the other night around the same time as now seems like the network just grinds to a halt around this time.
Currently lucky if i can get 1MB/s kind annoying since this is the exact time i watch streams on Twitch =/
Just updating to say the same again tonight. I am testing the connection in the morning or afternoon and it is fine. When testing at this time, the speed is down to 3-5Mbps.
yep my speed has gone to basically nothing again getting about 800kb
