Infinity subject to infinite delay - is Virgin a better option

Fifteen months ago the BT website forecast that I would have BT infinity by 31st March 2011. In mid march this was postponed to 30th June 2011. In mid June this was postponed to 30th September 2011. In mid September it was postponed to 31st December 2011, recently it has been postponed to 31st March 2012.

Three months ago - after posting on these forum - I was told the problem had been a blocked duct which had been cleared.

I know that the dates are only indicative however I would have thought they might prioritise people who have seen the estimated installation date move 4 times.

As my BT contract comes up for renewal shortly and Virgin pass my door should I just give up on BT and move across to Virgin?

How can I find out where my cabinet is so I can take a view?

As regards VM you may want to do a bit of reseach first. HERE is a good place to start.
