Infinity3 Connection

Really struggling to get any resolution on Infinity3 to home.

long story, had Infinity installed perhaps a year or so ago...

all went well and worked great !

little did I know that BT had no knowledge of it...

Sept 3rd 2017 it stopped working...

called BT and was told that no record was showing of me having Infinity and I should just re-order it....

since then I've had numerous orders cancelled by open reach and am getting repeat scenarios every time I call BT... can't seem to talk to anyone who can make a difference or even do something different and therefore successfully...

no contact allowed with OpenReach....

no other providers in my area... stuck with BT getting no where...

Have you spoken to the FTTP team on 0800 587 4787, they will be the only people that will be able to help.

Think that's who I get through to each time I call, but many thanks for the direct line, will cut 15-20 mins off my daily call to them...  Thanks Again Mr Allsorts...

 

Would think that the PON light showing red means that the optical network is broken and no orders could be completed...
