Installs still going ahead ?

Hi all

As far as we know are installs still going ahead? I moved 2 weeks ago and the date for my new install is this Thursday.  Says its an engineer job as its fttp. I've not heard anything otherwise. But circumstances mitigate I understand.

We have been sent a 4g mini hub to use and not to be ungrateful but its awful as the 4g coverage even on our mobiles here is bad. Speed test is 1mb and 0.2 upload on the mobiles and through the mini hub.

The install appointments are still going ahead as long as no one in the household is self-isolating with suspected COVID-19 or is in the high-risk category over 70, pregnant or with underlying medical conditions.

Does anyone have an update as the situation is changing. The portal is still indicating an engineer will be attending.
