Switched to BT Infinity 2 in September 2016 so we could watch Amazon etc on our Smart TV. Had nothing but trouble ever since. Been through five Hub6 routers and no internet for two weeks, ended up with a Hub5 which seemed to work.
Amazon seemed to work for a while, no it hardly connects and by some chance it does connect the quality is so poor and stops playing and displays 'Insufficient Bandwidth' and stops the films.
Upgraded to get better quality streaming, but was better with our Hub4. I dont think this is an issue with Amazon or the TV. Any suggestions?

If you have a Homehub 5 can you post the stats from 1-12 by logging onto the Homehub management pages then troubleshooting > helpdesk. http://bthomehub.home/
or
If you are using the Smart Hub, (Homehub 6) can you go to hub manager then advanced then technical log and post the stats. http://bthomehub.home/
Have attached an image of the stats, I need to find a cable to do the ADSL checker. Will try tomorrow. Thanks.
Looking at you're stats it may be a wireless issue. The speedtest with a cabled connection will confirm.
Take a look at this page, as there are a number of solutions. I would avoid wifi extenders, as they are likely to give more problems.
Ah ok thank you for the advice.
I agree with avoiding the wi-fi extenders
We use a pair of powerline adapters to get good reliable consistent speed - I would go for a recognised brand such as Asus/Netgear/TP_link
I have used or installed all 3 of these - cuurrently use Netgear 3000 around 25 quid each from Amazon
