You mention changing ports, but how is the Youview Box connected to the router (BT mini connectors or direct ethernet)? If powerline adapters, try testing with a direct ethernet connection first, as powerline adapters can become faulty over time.
Thanks Stefan, our box is connected via adaptors so will try direct Ethernet and see. Already had soft reset on machine with no change so this might be a useful option. Will advise outcome. Thx
