With Covid-19 I am shielding here in Scotland whilst my eldest granddaughter is also shielding but in Alberta, Canada, so the use of my International Freedom has been most welcome.
Twice I have received SMS messages advising that I am approaching the limit of 600 minutes. In order to manage the use I hjave been trying to find out how many hours I have used, but it seems that the instructions (shown below) are for a version of MYBT that has been updated.
Help in getting this information please!

You can view your International Freedom usage online at www.bt.com/mybt.
When you're logged in, click on the View your recent usage button.
From the filter options choose "Free calls" and "To an international number". Then choose a date range to view the usage for the period you're interested in.
try using the MYBT app on your phone then usage
My phone (BT Guardian) does not accept apps!
sorry I meant your mobile assuming you have one
Equally sorry - no mobile otherwise I'd be using Zoom or WhatsApp.
I really do need to find out how to get MYBT to tell me my up-to-date usage.
@CullodenMuir Sorry for stating the obvious - but you must have access to the internet to post on the forum!
Since you say you do not have a BT ID, with access to a computer, you can set-up your MyBT here:
https://my.bt.com/appsprofile/registration/signup.do
Let's clear the confusion:
I have a BT id and can access MYBT on my computer, but cannot find my International Freedom usage on there.
I have a plain old fashioned telephone, but not a smartphone.
So my daily calls to Canada are on the BT service.

if you access MYBT using pc then

I have followed guidance from imjolly and find this gives me a page with bar chart showing total usage by the day, then total time used, and then a listing of international calls made.
The total time used is always for all calls made, it does not change when international is selected.
So, I have still been unable to get an indication as to how much of my monthly allocation of 600 minutes has been used.
I could add the times given for each individual call but in my eighties my mental arithmetic is simply not good enough to add some 30 call times quoted in minutes and seconds!
Surely it must be possible to get the time used internationally?
Thankfully each time I have been near to the limit BT have sent me a warning text message.
