I hope someone can point me in the right direction.
Previously my internet would drop everynight around a certain time,
I have checked in my house for any timers or anything that could interfere
Okay, So at first I thought it was my XBOX console causing it, Because for 3-4 days when not playing on xbox I had 0 disconnections.
When i start playing my xbox it (may) happen) So it could be once every 1 hour or its also been times where its every 5 minutes.
What happens is my whole internet loses connection. It goes from being blue to a straight green
Now, I thought maybe it was my xbox causing issues. Now i have the new xbox and 3 days no issues... 4th and 5th day I have 2-5 disconnections. Not at the same time, Because one night it started happening at 6pm instead of the usual 10pm.
I have had over 8 Engineers which cannot fix this.
I managed to grab a log the last time it happened (10 mins ago)
Id just like to add - its only when I game (but not all the time) It could be active for 2 hours then go off and then active for 40 minutes then go off.

Hi @Liamcab and thanks for posting.
If the hub lights are going straight to green it may be faulty. Before we look at that can you try a quiet line test by dialling 17070 option 2 when you see the drops? If there's noise on the line then we'll need to report this as a line fault.
