My broadband dropped completely a week ago. I spoke to BT helpine, who arranged for a technician to visit my apartment.
However, I recieved a text from BT who informed me that they were aware of a fault in the broadband network, and that the problem should be fixed by the 28th of November. I was informed that I would also recieve a text, and that the technician was no longer required.
The time has passed and I have recieved nothing. I had also logged the fault on BTs website, and the estimated repair date is stuck on the 29th of November.
I have called the BT helpine to ask for an update, and I was told I should call a technician again to check the phone line, so it seems I am going around in circles. I informed the person on the phone of the text I recieved and the estimated repair date and they were completely unaware.
Please can someone advise what I can do to escalate this.
