Internet Speed Problems

Hi everyone,

thought I'd join the forum since i've been having speed problems for a while now.

Recently internet pages, youtube videos and just about anything has been taking ages to load.

Did a speed test and this was my result:

Connection speed 8.13Mb

  • Download speed 1.93Mb
  • Upload speed 0.35Mb

I've restarted my hub also and that hasn't helped.

Any advice would be much appreciated! 🙂

Re: Internet Speed Problems

you need to post to show 3+ days connection time and if you have just reset the hub then you need to wait until you get 3 days again

Re: Internet Speed Problems

hub restarts are the worse thing you can do restarts can cause low speeds because of either a high noise margin or in your case a low IP Profile
