Re: Internet Speed and Stability Issues

looks a lot better now need to try more spread over the day - you can use the beta version which you can run anytime as you are only looking for download speed and not profile

Re: Internet Speed and Stability Issues

I suspected it would start working again as soon as the hub reconnected to the network. A hub restart usally fixed the problem before(restarting often gets old very quickly and I believe can upset the IP profile too?)

you are on the new profile system and restarts won't make any difference to the profile as it will change as and when the conenction speed changes - no delay like adslmax

Re: Internet Speed and Stability Issues

if you are in the test socket then as not peak time I would expect to see a good download speed not the very low figure you have.  I would contact the mods and get their help

contact mods

can take up to 3/5 working days for mods to contact you

check your exchange in case there are problems showing
