Internet Speed issues

Hi all recently been having major issues with the broadband speeds in our property recently used to get speeds of 10Mbps download around 6 upload and recently it's dropped to around 2 download and 0.5 upload any suggestions as to why and what can be done to fix this internet now is pretty much unusable and BT customer assistance is pretty much useless aswell!

Post stats from your router please. If hh6 then advanced settings then technical log information

Try quiet line noise  dial 17070 optio 2 should be quiet and best with corded phone
