Internet access cuts off on my laptop and returns only when restarted the router
Over the past couple of weeks internet connection has been very erratic on my laptop. Every so often, multiple times a day, the internet connections drops and doesn't return until the bt homehub 2.0 has been restarted. Diagnostics does not come up with anything and restarting laptop, disabling wifi on my laptop and turning back on doesn't work.
If you can help I'll provide you with connection information if possible
Maybe phone customer services and see if you can get a replacement
