I am struggling with Internet access through a TP link switch wired to my smarthub. I can ping the smarthub via the switch but if I try to connect my tv through it, there is no Internet connection. The diagnostic on the TV says that there is a wired connection but no Internet access. Can anyone help as I do not want to use the WiFi connection.
