Over the last few months or so I have noticed that everytime I get an incoming call on my landline my internet connection goes down. I then have to disconnect my internet access and then reconnect. If that does not work I have to restart my home hub.
I have the BT Hub Phone 2.1 with an additional VOIP line. I have checked Hub Manager but all looks ok.
Any suggestions ?
Phoned 151 and they have discovered fault on line between exchange and house. They are currently checking it out
