So i had BT Infinity 2 and was consistantly getting about 55mb p/sec on my line and about 45-50 during peak hours, then my interenet cut out a month ago and when it came back on it was in the 10's. Had an Engoneer come out and he reset the line and it boosted it up into the high 30's/low 40's but now it seems to be staying around the 35-40 mark. I've been on with the chat people tons of times and had a new hub sent out and everything but nothing is taking it back to what it was so i've went down to BT Infinity 1 which has a max of 54 which is enough for my line, but i have a guaranteed minimum of 40 which im constantly below. Can anyone help me?
If you have a HH5 can you go to hub manager then trobleshooting then helpdesk and post lines 1-12

Is there any noise on your phone calls? Dial 17070 and select option 2, there should be no noise between the announcements.
Could you please post the results from the BT Wholesale speed checker, including the further diagnostics.
i have a smarthub, not a HH5. There is no noise in phonecalls
Ring in and request an engineer as you are not getting the guaranteed line rate.
