How do I report this problem to BT wholesale diagnostics team? do I have to contact the mods? I forgot to add it still disconected when the noise margin was at 6db.
you need to contact the mods as there is no customer access to wholesale

Hello, just an update on whats happening so far with my connection.
I today recived an email from the mods, who said that although the noise margin is at 3db and that could normaly cause the problem it doesnt seem to be in my case as some lines oporate normaly at that which is fine.
thay asked me for some screenshots to show that the times were diffrent and that the ppp was dropping and once they have those screenshots (Which i have sent today) they will report the fault to their suppliers and get them to have a look at what is happening.
will keep you posted.
most important is that it now appears fixed
