Internet down for nearly ONE MONTH!



Our internet was suppose to start on thr 1st of September and is still not connected we have rung BT for weeks and they cant tell us what the problen is. They send guy after guy out to fix it and its never fixed, its never been working since we swapped to you, this is unacceptable and it seems like no one can fix the problem. We have called almost everyday since the 1st.

Can someone please help us?

Please help us to get this out ASAP!

Only people who can help are forum mods who are BT employees. I have asked them to help
