Re: Internet dropping out

So, the BT open reach man came out Saturday - discovered a fault on my line that seemed to be in the just nation box in the road. He advised he could not fix it and it would need a team with temporary traffic lights to come and sort and would probably take a few days to sort. This morning I received an automated text message saying my problem had been fixed. It does seem to be fixed in so much as it is no longer droppig out, however I now have an new issue in so much as I am only getting 0.3mbs download. So, I am no wondering if they have actually fixed it or have simply turned it down so that it no longer drops our (is that possible)?

Re: Internet dropping out

if openreach have fixed the problem and your line is now stable your conenction speed may be lower than normal due to all the drops in conenction but should recover given stable connection

can you post the router stats again for comparison with your previous stats
