Hi, I wonder if someone could potentially help me...
At roughly 22:05, say two, three times a week my internet connection disconnects for around 1-2mins. It wouldn't be a problem early in the morning but when I'm online with the lads playing some COD warzone and I get booted out, it's getting annoying! 😜
I've got a BT Smart Hub with fibre broadband. At this time, like I say, I'm on the PS4 and the wife is watching Netflix. PS4 is connected via a powerline and the TV connected via WiFi, along with mobile phones and a Google home.
I've tried factory resetting the Hub but that didn't work. I've read about REIN but I don't think that's the issue. I haven't contacted BT yet as during this pandemic, it's hard to get through. Below is the technical logs if that helps. Thanks in advance.
possibly a daft question ,do you have anything electrical that turns on or off at that time or even something outside like a streetlamp or fuel station with plenty of illuminated signs . any of these can affect it
Thanks for the reply.
We have nothing in our house that turns off, not sure if the neighbour has anything that might affect it, as I live in a semi detached. Don't live near any fuel stations or shops. I'll have to check the street lamps to see if they turn off at that time as I've never noticed what time they go off. Though I'm pretty sure they don't go off that early.
