We are wanting to change the primary email address on our BT account, we have been trying to do this for several months with endless phone calls to BT customer care to no avail. Yesterday I was told that the primary email had been changed after we upgraded our Internet option, After trying to register for WI-FI I got the message that the email address I entered was not recognised as the primary email account,
If you use this link it will let you know if you are registered with BTWifi. You must use your primary email address. It and your password are case sensitive. If your new email address doesn't work then check with your old email address. It might be stilll registered.
