Internet speed had dropped due to noise margin rise.

Hello there, 

During 2013 my noise margin was at 3DB giving me a conenction speed of 7.5mb . During 2014 my noise margin has risen to 15db and I am now down to a 4mb connection speed. 

I was wondering if a mod could reset my noise margin back to 3db in order to increased my speeds again please?

Here is a screenshot of the current connection. As you can see it is stable, the disconnect 4days ago was a manual reset of the router. Is there anyway to lock the noise margin down to 3 or 6?

Hi David, my connection reset 16 minutes ago and has now swapped to fast path rather than interleaved? The noise margin is still the same however? 

This seems a bit odd to me? has somebody changed the wrong thing?

as you have just submitted the email dollowing the contact us link it can now take 3/5 working days maybe sooner for the mods to contact you either by phone or email. 

I would very much doubt any chnage has been instiagated by the m,ods already
