Tried to sign up to halo 3+ but no one could do it. Have been put on 3 and told someone will look into it from Monday. Hope they do.

I have had the same experience but actually spoke to someone on the team when they did a home tech visit - since then I have been delivered a new hub2 which I already have and no EE hub - I even asked when I was on text chat and the man confirmed the new hub2 included the ee chip - can any one help with these orders please

Can you help with ordering this ee bolt on router / hub as my tech advisor told me it was available but still not equipment - even thy they took my upgrade over the phone

I think BT are really struggling with this. I'm on my third person. each saying they are going to call me back. Have a new Smart Hub 2 and new Wifi Disc....already had these. Missing the hybrid connect (separate box - see you tube) part which they said they would sort. Hoping it will get sorted tomorrow 🤞🏼

Quick help with terminology, the Hybrid Connect is a 4G Modem. It is not a router or hub and simply connects to the Smart Hub 2 by Ethernet so the Smart Hub 2 has an extra modem (mobile network).
