Update:

We have fixed about 1/3 of impacted accounts, users on this thread should notice the improvement. If not wait for further updates over the next day or two.

Please also read the 'Note' from my previous comment and supply some further information if you can.

Very pleased to see this being taken seriously and solutions being put in place.  Many thanks for getting a fix in place.

Re: Invalid mail address, must have a domain part [Err code: 501

Not just using groups. In the new BT email, which I am having many difficulties with, when I do 'reply all' to an incoming email and try and send my reply it won't send because of 'address errors'. This is crazy.

Re: Invalid mail address, must have a domain part [Err code: 501

Thanks Darren for your help: it seems now that the problem has been solved .

Great support .

Sorry to bother you with another important topic for me : when you launch a search by sender name ( all folders) , if you click to one of the mail messages from that specific sender, it's then impossible to close the message and go back to all the other mails from the search . You need to launch another search and it's very time consuming . Any suggestion ? Thanks

The issue you are mentioning is not the topic of this thread. You should start your own thread explaining what the problem is and you will get any answers for that problem rather than confusing this thread with a different issue.

Hi All,

The issue we identified with commas in contacts has now fully been fixed.

If anyone continues to get this issue please let me know ASAP.

Many thanks for sorting this out - checked my contacts and contacts that had erroneous commas inserted have now been rectified.
