Invalid mobile number

Hi trying to find sons data usage via the app which he has been using a few months but it's now telling him that the mobile number is invalid. He has uninstalled and reinstalled but still no luck he us using an iPhone 5s thanks

Which app in particular is he using? Does he have a BT Mobile number?

Hi thanks for the reply I contacted customer services via chat and it has started working again FYI it was the BT mobile app which he can check usage
