Interesting - it has been working since last night. I wonder if BT has tweaked something at the server end?
Keeping my fingers crossed for the rest of today and beyond!
Frustratingly, the issue has come back. First noticed it this morning.
Mods - any views please?

Hi.
Is your account BTYahoo or BTMail?
If the former (webmail access shows a Yahoo image), then login via a browser :-
this has been shown to kick access via apps/clients into action.
Hi, thanks for the reply.
It is a Yahoo account and I am always logged in during the day via the webmail client. Sadly this hasn't helped kickstart the iOS inbox today!

Hi.
Logout of your current webmail access. Then login via the link I gave.
(Have you tried this before and it has worked?)
Hi,
That's the link I always use...logged in and out today but not made a difference.
Thanks
This is still happening!
I would very much appreciate it if a mod could look a this.
Thank you.
Same problem here. If you delete account and then add again it does then download some emails for a short period before something kicks in to stop it.
I've tried POP3 and SMTP servers, both same problem. I understand the way to solve it with a Yahoo account is to change a setting in yahoo mail on computer to allow access from external apps - I think the default safety setting stops restricts access. I can't find this setting in BT Mail settings.
Definitely a problem with BT, mods please help!?
