Actually now I've got used to the outlook one it does seem to be working ok.
Any other apps I can try in case it stops tomorrow? I have never had to think about using anything other than Mail before.

I don't use Apple devices so I can not recommend an email app but I'm sure if you go to the Apple app store there will be a selection to choose from.

Well I upgraded to 11.2.5 and problems are still occurring (not that I'm surprised by this).
Please can a Mod contribute to this thread?

Still the same for me too. Outlook app works but apple email still doesn't.
Doesn't matter if over mobile data or Wi-Fi.
Not sure if relevant but I'm on O2 network?

Today's emails have just come through in the past 30mins, the last time I got an email before that was 9pm last night despite over 30 being delivered in the interim...

It is weird, now that batch has come through it tends to work fine until the next morning.
It's almost like a server at BT has switched on or something!
