Is your mobile's email app reading your BT emails using POP3 or IMAP?
Problem still occurring 😞
I can see 8 new emails this morning via the webmail client but none have pushed to the ios client, despite it claiming it is 'updated just now'.
Appreciate your help and advice.

Check your settings in the iPad Accounts>Mail.
A good setting is to fetch automatically, every 30 mins.
A manual fetch will override this, I.e., on the mail inbox, you can tap on the mail folder.
Hi,
I thought about that, but it's set to every 15 mins. I also regularly attempt to manually refresh the inbox but it still claims it is up to date!

Sometimes a soft reset can fix problems.
Power down from the power button,, (hold it for about 10 seconds, swipe to power off and then power up again).
All you lose is some minor settings in Safari.
Which ios11 is it?
Current version is 11.2.
Thank you, running 11.2.
Still experiencing this problem 😞
I've even resorted to deleting the account and adding again. Soft reset, hard reset.
Could there be an issue with my account? Doesn't happen to my subaccounts though!!
Mods, I would appreciate some help as this is a major issue for me. Inbox is still not refreshing on my phone and claims it is 'updated just now'. Webmail shows a further 30 emails!
