Ip profile

Hi,

 

I need to reset my ip profile because by mistake my router was turned on and off a few times so my ip profile is set to low. How can i rest it?

all you need to do is maintain a stable connection for 3/5 days and your IP profile will increase automatically

Yes I have been connected for 5 days and 7 hours and still no increase

 

 IP Profile for your line is - 3.39 Mbps

 

usually I get over 4MP and sometoimes 5MP

 

Can someone please rest it now since the system has not. Thanks

can you post router stats with internet connection time shown not just system conenction time which is different

 

run btspeedtester and when first test completes then run diagnostic test and post results

can you please post the noise margin figures and connection times from your router as the router up time and connection times can be different

your lower IP Profile is  due to the increased noise margin once that reduces then your IP Profile will increase
